Getting Here

Deadmans Cay, Long ISland, bahamas

The most common route taken to Long Island is through Nassau (NAS), on the island of New Providence. Most major air carriers have scheduled flights to Nassau (NAS).  Once you have arrived in Nassau, Southern Air Charters and Bahamas Air offer scheduled flights from Nassau (NAS) to Long Island.

There are two airports on Long Island. Whenever possible, we recommend flying into Deadman's Cay (LGI) because it's in our general area. Stella Maris Airport (SML) is a one-hour taxi transfer to the Tarpon House.

Bahamas Air only flies into Deadman’s Cay Airport.  Southern Air Charters and Bahamas Air recommend that you leave 2-3 hours between your connecting flights.
